First thing I would do is shut down the drive through when things get hectic or if they are short staffed and start taking care of the people that are actually waiting inside the facility. The only thing I did not like that there was no AC on and there are a lot of elderly people in there that might suffer from not having AC on l recommend getting that figured out I know that every Olive Garden is different but the AC is a big factor I think for a lot of older people and really anybody.
