I placed an order and, after waiting for about 30 minutes, they could not find the ticket even though the order was in the system. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused to make the order and told me to cancel and request a refund online. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. There are countless better burger joints out there that actually know how to treat their customers. I will never return to this place again.
I'm a veteran with a service dog and they denied me service. I told them my dog is not a pet, he's a service dog. The guy at the counter said "I don't look handicap". They just kept saying no pets allowed. They were rude and condescending. I put a complaint with the American Disability Act.
