“While the prices are high and the lines are long, it is worth it. The flavors were rich, the texture was dence and the portions were large. Particularly the sour cherry was my favorite by far. The contrast of sour and sweet worked really well. The waffles cone added a great texture and they can even make it vegan too.
The staff was super friendly and had tones of energy which is more than I could say for myself if I was taking care of so many people all fay long. The line when we went wasn't too bad since it was late on a weekday.“

“Truly a hometown place for the community! They have employees that are so kind and compassionate to kids, adults, even free doggie ice cream cups for pups! LOL Their ice cream flavors and quality and assortment of desserts are unsurpassed anywhere! Everything is sooooo good!! And they do awesome events for the community all the time. “We tried the chocolate chip cookie skillet with vanilla ice cream and it was delicious! We also tried a peanut butter cookie skillet with the salted caramel ice cream and that combination was an absolute Star ⭐️ The cookies are freshly baked to order, Highly recommend! If you are in the Merchantville area, definitely check these guys out. The shop is clean and family friendly! 😃“

We had Lilly making our blizzards and she was very patient while i wrestled with the app and helped me be able to get my birthday blizzard.Thanks Lilly! And id definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a high quality dessert treat all year long!“

“This place is so great. It was criminal of me not to ask her name, but the lady working the register was extremely pleasant. Upon ordering a brownie sundae, I let her know that I didn’t want the cherry that comes on top. She gave me my sundae, and told me that instead of the cherry I didn’t want, they put an extra little piece of brownie on top for me 🥹 it was such a sweet gesture, it really made my day. “We went after a show at the theater. It was very busy, but we were at the register in under 5 minutes. The staff working today (5:30pm) were all so friendly, and kept the line moving efficiently. My daughter loved her ice cream!“

“I tried this ice cream place with my 5 year old little boy tonight for the first time ever and was excited! My son enjoyed his ice cream, but I was sadly disappointed with having ordered the hot fudge sunday only to receive vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup and NOT actual HOT FUDGE, which I was expecting on a $6 hot fudge Sunday. 😞. If I wanted chocolate syrup over soft serve, I would have ordered that. I had an infant with me as well and that's WHY I didn't walk all the way back up from my car with two young kids to see if it could be fixed. I'm not sure I will be returning or able to recommend this place to anyone else. I was surprised because I had seen good reviews on this business but for my first time to have this happen, that wasn't impressive or good at all. 👎☹️“

“We had a wonderful experience tonight. We were out walking our dog when we stopped in. A woman out front was kind enough to take us to the to go part of the store to skip the line. The ice cream was delicious and the Chinese takeout container was a fun touch. I’d recommend stopping for a fun atmosphere and sweet treat.“

“Best ice cream place in Winslow, the sizes are enormous, you will have trouble finishing up their delicious ice creams and other desserts, even the small sizes. My kids love the sundaes, banana splits, funnel cake, milkshakes, etc. Will recommend to everyone this place is definitely a MUST!!!!!“

“I came with my grandma and boyfriend last Wednesday, and I was greeted with a smiling face who politely took my order, he was very attentive and he was so polite. This worker was by far the most kind one I have ever seen at any Rita’s location, I believe his name was like Anton or Antonio. He let us know what he recommended, and helped my grandmother pick what she should order. Next time I come in I hope he is working so I can be greeted by his smiling and attentive face again. 10/10 will be back!“

“This review is for the facility at 2900 Hedley St in Philly. I delivered 14,000 pounds of Blue Bunny ice cream here directly from Le Mars Iowa where it is produced. These guys unload me quick every time and no problems at all. I can guarantee you all that you're getting top notch ice cream from the ice cream capital of the world 😀“
