Drive-thru experience is quick but you ask for decaf latte, they write decaf and still give you non-decaf (no milk) black coffee.

I had a really great experience at this Dunkin’. I stopped in for a sandwich and coffee, and on my way out I accidentally dropped my cup and spilled my drink. When I went back inside, they immediately offered to make me a new coffee—no charge at all. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out. It’s not something you see everywhere these days. Definitely appreciate the gesture and will be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
