I had a really great experience at this Dunkin’. I stopped in for a sandwich and coffee, and on my way out I accidentally dropped my cup and spilled my drink. When I went back inside, they immediately offered to make me a new coffee—no charge at all. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out. It’s not something you see everywhere these days. Definitely appreciate the gesture and will be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
I wish someone at Donkin’ Donuts (corporate) would teach ALL employees how to serve bagels. Microwaving bagels (instead of using toaster) would make them chewy and later hard as rock and non-edible (specially because they were not fresh to begin with). Isn’t this one of their main product? Lol
