Perhaps the owner can reach out to me, this is now the 3rd time in the last several months I’ve placed an online pickup order and I’ve been shorted bagels. I keep coming back because I love your bagels, but you need to get it right.
I’m a regular and I look forward to going there every chance I can get bagels or scrumptious as well as croissants I have enjoyed both as well as other sandwiches and I really like the staff helping me pick out what I’m gonna eat that day. They are so creative. Thank you for making the best bagels ever, and treating me so special I really appreciate each and everyone of you God bless
Making this shirt and simple. Went back this morning after not going in for awhile. Rude staff, no bagels due to “broken oven”. Staff could care less about helping anyone. Bagels aren’t even anything to rave about. Never will waste our time again.

Kettleman's Bagels is a local establishment known for its fresh, house-made bagels and cream cheese. It offers vegetarian options, with the bagel and cream cheese being a highlight. The menu is easily visible, making ordering simple. The restaurant has a spacious seating area for both solo and group dining. The "morning stimulus" bagel with eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese is a recommended dish. The bagels are described as soft, chewy, and incredibly fresh, with just the right amount of crispiness on the outside. The different types of cream cheese are deliciously creamy and pair perfectly with the bagels. Customers have praised the friendly and welcoming staff, which enhances the overall experience. One customer noted that the staff took allergies seriously, showing great care in confirming details for safe ordering. While it can get busy, especially on Sunday mornings, it remains a convenient option for those looking for a quick and delicious breakfast or lunch. There have been mixed reviews regarding staff attitude, with some suggesting management should assess employee interactions. Additionally, there have been reports of issues with their website checkout process, and some have suggested improvements to the coffee offerings. The Sunny Honey sandwich has received high praise as an exceptional breakfast choice.
