The food is good but you have one employee in particular I swear is definitely ignore certain type of customer (blacks) and go right to whites. Shame we still dealing with this. Good but not going back I don't tolerate racism.

It was a Sunday morning. I walked in, and it was very busy. There's plenty of spaces to eat solo and with friends. Their very visible menu made it easy to order. I got the morning stimulus bagel with eggs, bacon and cheddar cheese. The bagel was delicious: soft, chewy, and fresh. The bacon added the right amount of saltiness, and the eggs were scrambled well. If you're a home chef and looking for a quick breakfast,so you don't have to be in the kitchen for the whole day, then give this place a try.

My recent visit was deeply troubling, not only due to the poor service but also because of actions that could be perceived as discriminatory and a clear violation of health codes. After placing my order, I was inexplicably ignored for over 15 minutes, despite standing visibly in front of the counter and watching as others, who arrived after me, were promptly served. The distinct difference in how I was treated, compared to other customers, raises concerns of potential bias, which is disheartening to say the at least.After an oversight with my order, I was particularly troubled by how the mistake was rectified. My bagel, which I had already touched and partially unwrapped, was taken back by the staff, merely had cream cheese added to it, and was then handed back to me. This was alarming, as it directly violates basic health and safety standards regarding food service. Once food has been served and potentially contaminated by a customer, it should not be re-served, either to the same customer or to others.The differential treatment I perceived, combined with a clear violation of health codes, paints a distressing picture of the establishment's regard for customer care and safety! Super unprofessional. ordered my bagels, they took the next customer after me, and gave her the last of what I had ordered and then told me they were out when I watched them give the person after me the last of everything. Not coming back here, it’s always a mess in there and they clearly don’t care honoring customers.
