I’ve been coming here for years and the food / bagels are delicious so that’s why I keep coming back…but dang the ppl there are rude and dismissive. They behave like they’re doing you a favor. I try to be so polite with ppl and every time I feel like I’m annoying them if I ask for a side of something or alter the way an item is listed on the menu. I’m totally ok with paying the xtra cost of anything but the snippy attitude...
Love their food! However, online ordering pick-up service is very poor. Employees ignore people picking up orders and orders are often confused. I was given the completely wrong order last time I went. When I called to let them know they had given me the wrong order, no one offered me any help or seemed to want to fix the mistake in any way. I was left with the wrong food and nothing else.
