“Coming here for years. Some food items have gone down in quality, namely the pork chop and mac and cheese. Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.“

“This is hands down the best restaurant in NJ right now. The 8 course tasting menu is phenomenal, each dish balanced with unique flavors and texture, and beautiful plated. Our server explained each dish in detail, was extremely knowledgeable of the ingredients and dishes, and very friendly. He consistently topped off our drinks as needed and meticulously provided a new place setting for each course. The ambiance was very relaxing as we sat on the 2nd floor, with beautiful hip, modern decor. I was particularly intrigued by the faucet in the bathroom which was very unique. The overall attention to detail from the concept and design to the food and service is what sets it apart. Fine dining at its best with a relaxed atmosphere that easily compares to a Michelin star restaurant.

Free on site parking is available and it is a BYOB. A liquor store is conveniently located next door in case you forget to bring your libations.“

“I called ahead and the hostesses helped me get my elderly Mom seated with zero wait. That meant a lot. The waiter was very attentive and the menu is second to none. I really appreciated the entire experience.“

Being there many times looking forward to continue. But this Saturday January 8, 2022 as I unfold the utensils the fabric napkin had an used band-aid stuck to it. Not a good sign for a nice restaurant. Don't lower your standards. I didn't make any noise but other customers rest assured they might have. I gave the napkin to the waitress at my table and that was it.
Hope next time I go no surprise.

“Food portions are inconsistent, the food is good but they have issues with the consistency. I don’t like to complain because I feel like this is one of the better fast food places around, but that is my only criticism. I also had done food orders pick up and they weren’t able to manage the order process. They seem over worked and overwhelmed. I was standing there waiting patiently for my to go order once and they said they marked it as completed but I never got it. Maybe someone stole the food but I’m sure it was just a mistake. The hot honey chicken is great and the side dishes are great too. The closest thing to a home cooked meal on the go!

Parking: It’s in a busy mall lot so it can be challenging to find a close spot during peak times.“

“Had the 8 count of wings, 1/2 Nordy and 1/2 Teriyaki, for $11.82. Wings were barfood size small but tasted great. Just not worth the price.

“This is a Plainfield institution The Red Tower is a great Plainfield a spot to get a shirt quick meal done with perfection. Some of the items are pricey but they're well within your price range if you want good service and great atmosphere.

Parking: The parking is on the street in front of the restaurant and if it's busy it's hard to park there so you have to park across the street in the competing business but it's good..“

“Haven't been to Redstone in over a year. We sat outside as the night was beautiful and our reservation was honored on time. My only complaint is that they really need to update their menu. It's the same old menu that it's been since opening. I had the Thai noodles with the chicken. I requested white mean and they put a breast on top. I was told it would be shredded which would have been much easier to eat as the bowl was small. The dish was very blah so I was disappointed. The service was good so I guess it's all a matter of preference but updating the menu would be a real plus.“

“I came here with my husband. Drinks were great. He ordered a Caesar salad and I ordered their Hot Nashville Chicken sandwich. My husband laughed because I had no idea that Nashville hot meant HOLY HOT lol. But I was not disappointed. This was the juicy, best chicken sandwich I'd had anywhere that I can recall in my 32 years.. And I worked in food service for 13 years. The service was also phenomenal. There was a rowdy bunch of younger ones at the bar that eventually got asked to leave. But she kindly let us know that we were welcome to move our table if we so desired. “It seemed like the restaurant was closed but my friends and I was able to order some drinks at the bar, then we moved to a table for dinner. Our server Dominic was very attentive and helpful. Chicken tasted a little too dry, but all the other food we ordered was amazing; especially brisket! It was so tender and tasty. Two of the desserts we ordered with a cup of cappuccino were phenomenal. We were so full after finishing the bbq combo plate, but sure did finish both of the desserts ? “I had a great experience at Iron & Ivy! I loveeeee going to hotel restaurants! I feel like I'm on a sense of vacation even though I'm not staying over! When you walk into Iron & Ivy, you're greeted by a beautiful fireplace and bright, stocked bar! The hostess was so sweet and recommended amazing menu options! We started off with the quesadillas and the bourbon bbq wings! When I tell you, the quesadillas were top 5 all time, they are TOP 5! They didn't fall apart and were toasted to perfection as well as loaded with shrimp and cheese and beans and corn! It was PHENOMENAL! For dinner we ordered the Grilled Flat Iron Steak and the Spinach & Roasted Garlic Tortellini! The veggies were so delicious and it was a huge portion that I was able to bring home for lunch the next day! For drinks, you couldn't go wrong with the dirty martini, the very berry martini and the Soccer Mom Lemonade! It was a great night overall and they have a huge inside / outside dining area! Highly recommend checking out Iron & Ivy and make sure you order the quesadillas because they are LIFE CHANGING!“

“My hubs & I went here b/c I bought a Groupon for it. I was dismayed by 2 of the 3 reviews I read online; however, we were pleasntly surprized. Nice atmosphere, not noisy, attentive service. We both got meat since it was a steakhouse. Hubs got filet mignon; I got rib steak. Tasty and presented nicely. White tablecloths cinched a pleasant nite out. only 4 stars b/c I thought it was a bit expensive if we did not have the groupon.... I think we might return....“

“My first time going was today for the start of restaurant week to celebrate a friends birthday. Although there was only one woman working the bar and trying to take care of tables alone (she was very pleasant and was doing her best) I still enjoyed my time there. I must say the special three course meal was outstanding for restaurant week. The roasted pear and arugula flatbread was outstanding and should be added to the regular menu. The entree was great and the crème brûlée dessert was exceptional. Chef Shannon came out to talk to us as we were the first customers for restaurant week to try the special menu items. He created the dishes and we let him know everything was delicious. My only complaint was they needed more staff on hand to be able to keep up with the amount of patrons.Someone finally came to assist the young lady who was working alone but she could have used two additional people when they opened. will prolly b bck again before the week is over for the special before it’s off the menu.“

“I just noticed this clean restaurant driving back from a dr visit. I saw their sign. Freshly cooked food. Very tasty and good portion. Not too salty as well. I ordered their 3 tacos (carnitas with everything) lunch special with Soda, 3 empanadas and 1 delicious tres leches cake. I'd go back again especially for the cake. Lol.
