Food is good, all the young service staff are nice, and the host (middle aged white female) is incredibly rude. Not sure if she’s racist or just simply rude, or both. 2 stars off credited to her.

Asked for a seat away from the door because it was cold and the greeter told me if I sit there it will take a long time to be served. I sat away from. The door and the service was not bad. It was very cold though I had to eat in my hat and then when I went to the bathroom to wash my hands there was no hot water and the hand dryer blew out cold air. The heat came on one time in the 90 minutes we were there. Most people dined in their hats or scarves. I did not have dessert because...
