The kindest cashier in the world walked us through all of their unbelievably delicious pastry and ready food options - all really authentic Costa Rican food, corn empanadas, everything. Delicious, delicious, delicious. Plus the coffee was amazing! Get the cinnamon sugar cappuccino!
This is the place to come for a home cooked meal. The hot bar has great quick lunch options and their menu provides great breakfast items. Staff is wonderful, warm, and inviting! 10/10

i found this place while looking for hidden gems in town for breakfast one day, and it was one of the best discoveries I've ever made. it's small, and tucked away in a corner, but the food is outstanding, the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. if you're ever in the area, give don oscars a stop or three.
