Stopped in at Panchos Mexican Grill on Main Street during a business trip through Southbound Brook. From the outside, you would never guess what is happening in that kitchen, but the food tells a completely different story.\n\nI started with the molletes de mole, which I had never tried before. Always great food. I used to get lunch here when I worked close years ago, and recently rediscovered it. Idk how I forgot about this spot in the first place! My girlfriend and I love the guac, it’s very creamy and tastes like they possibly use pickled jalapeno juice in the recipe. Unique and delicious!!

The food is a 10 out of 10. The food is authentic, the service is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is cozy and very clean. The meals are delicious and the quality is there everytime.
