I'm glad to see that there are good reviews here because maybe they are getting things right. It is a clean and nice store, but I've been disappointed by service most of the times I've been there. Whether it has been an incomplete portion (half filled fry and frosty containers), forgotten requests, or just slow/absent-minded employees, I've had mixed experiences.
