Stuffed Chicken Breast
Chicken breast is stuffed with impastata, roasted peppers, Parmesan & basil butter. Pan fried & finished in the oven. Served with roasted garlic herbed Yukon gold potatoes & baby spinach. Topped with chicken Demi glaze.

Appetizers
Baked Brie en Croute for Two
One of the worlds greatest cheeses! This creamy brie is encased in a buttery puff pastry with sautéed spinach and nutmeg, baked golden and served with a delicious jam and wafers. The first cut brings forth the buttery soft interior that should "ooze" at the peak of ripeness. Wonderful!!!
Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
Hot. Jumbo lump crab, jalapenos, cilantro, eggs and panko make up our crab cakes. We serve 2 sauteed in butter with fried leeks and spicy aioli sauce on a bed of mesclun greens.
Fresh Mozzarella Platter
Fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, sliced tomatoes, roasted red peppers and fresh basil with a drizzle of tuscan olive oil. Served with grilled garlic focaccia.
Garlic Shrimp
Hot. A crock of tender shrimp, sautéed in a ridiculous amount of garlic with olive oil, bone dust seasoning and a touch of hot sauce. Served with grilled garlic focaccia.
Chicken Fingers
White-meat chicken strips are breaded, fried golden brown and served with celery and carrots. Get them regular with honey mustard or Buffalo with blue cheese dressing.
Nachos
Hot. Corn chips loaded with meat or veggie, chili, olives, onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, jalapenos and red peppers. Topped with sour cream and scallions with a side of salsa.
Wurst Platter
Bratwurst, bauernwurst and weisswurst are grilled and served with house roasted sauerkraut, German potato salad, brown mustard and rye bread.

Choose either spiced waffle, steak cut or spicy sweet potato. Add fixings for an additional charge. Vegetarian.
BBQ Moink Balls
Hot. Moo and oink - moink!! Beef meatballs are wrapped with bacon (yum), dusted with our BBQ rub and smoked. Served with house-made big dog porter BBQ sauce.
Cilantro Shrimp
Hot. This is a smaller version of our signature dish. Large shrimp seasoned with our bone dust spice rub, pan seared with tequila lime sauce and served with grilled garlic focaccia.
Calamari
Tender calamari dredged in a light seasoned flour and deep-fried. Served with tomato sauce.

The Al Capone Sandwich

Rheinischer Sauerbraten
Our Rhineland beef is marinated in red wine and wine vinegar with many spices for over a week. It's braised in the marinade till the meat is fork tender. The marinade is strained, thickened and the secret Van Blass ingredients are added. Served with potato dumplings topped with crumbled bacon & braised red cabbage. The best of the best!
Jagerschnitzel
Tender slices of pork or chicken are breaded, pan sauteed golden and served hunter style with mushroom and onion sauce, braised red cabbage and house-made spaetzle.
Twin Wursts

We got the jägerschnitzel and the fish and chips, both were amazing. I always thought of this place as primarily a sports bar but I'm still dreaming of the food 😋 will be back soon!

Had a great experience here, Chris was extremely friendly gave great service and food was perfect.

It’s amazing to meet staff who you can tell love where they work! Thanks again and I will visit again next time we are in NJ

The place was a bit too empty for a Saturday afternoon, but overall we had a nice experience. Local beers were generally good (Oktoberfest being the best), burgers were juicy; deep fried figs for desert weren’t our favorite though. Overall place has more of a pub than of a brewery vibe.
