Considering we were hungry, the cook was patient and kind with our orders, and the many customers that followed. I ordered the hot bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese; and my husband ordered the plain bagel with chives and cream cheese. Our first time coming here, and I must say that it was really good, and even better when I added a dash of Louisiana hot sauce. Pretty good!
Quiet hole in the wall staples of south orange. I love the texture of the bagels and the ample smear or cream cheese 🧀 bagel had a crunchy exterior and soft pillowy inside. Beautiful mom and pop store.
This location is my fav bagel spot whenever I am in NJ I stop by here for a breakfast sandwich. My go-to sandwich is plain bagel, scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese. At times they struggle to keep the lines moving. They definitely need more staff, especially when Seton Hall students are in. Plan to wait for at least 7-10mins if you are visiting after 9am weekdays and Saturdays.
