Was there yesterday evening; a real disaster! People waiting 20-30 minutes for drinks. Foreign matter in one gentleman's drink, then they poured him the wrong drink. One individual had to send his food order back because it was wrong. Then he waited another 30 minutes to finally get it. The middle manager tried to dismiss the dissatisfaction. Corporate Restaurants are interested in making money for poor service
