I was trying to contact the restaurant, nobody is helping me. I placed an order and I'm missing stuff. The didn't put my kids toy, the didn't put the dressing for my salad, no utensils,the Mac and cheese looks like it was overcook and burned, my son didn't eat it and he cried because there was NO TOY or suprise (like he calls it) they put ice in all my drinks when I say no ice because is freezing outside, the put all my order in one bag and the fries got smash THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!...read full review
As the store has NOT replied to my complaint sent to Chick-fil-A Corporate, I am posting it here public:
I placed mobile order at 12:47pm on 2/4/22. I arrived at the restaurant to a scene of mass chaos. There were approximately 30 irate customers angrily waiting inside for their food. The employees were running around with confusion and hysteria, unable to figure anything out.
