“Saw the staff de-escalate an irate customer who was causing a major scene because his pizza was undercooked. Being there at the time, it could have spun out of control very quickly. The customer’s offensive language and intimidating attitude towards the staff said more about his character than the restaurant’s, but the manager calmly gave him his money back and apologized. The customer should have been ashamed of himself but the staff was A+.“

“The food is amazing, my wife and I started going to this place, just for the cheeseburger and the chicken cheese steak sub. But later the whole food menu grows on you, The owner is so professional and really cares about his customers and is open to critique. Overall, the food is value for money and delicious.“

“So one night they were in the mood for some fried chicken & they found this place. It was our first time there & I must say, it won't be our last. I believe the gentleman behind the counter was the owner but not quite sure, but whomever he was, he was a great representative of the place.
