Just visited this location today at 7:15 pm tonight through the drive thru. The woman fulfilling my order AND MANAGER assisting her (making shakes and stuff) were NOT WEARING GLOVES! When I asked if they were supposed to be - she replied “uh, yeah we should be.” Their masks were not in place either. The only employee wearing gloves in my sight was the cashier.
this establishment is a joke. made order wrong, all 3 items. wrote a complaint letter to corporate headquarters. went back, same mistake. after talking to franchise owner, she said they were retraining line cook and making sure it woukd not happen again. went back tonight, SAME MISTAKE! im exhausted. not returning to this place ever!
