“I ordered online and when we got there the pizza was not ready. Then they brought out a burnt pizza. I was told it was burnt because I ordered half without cheese. I know this is untrue and even more do the entire pie was Burt, not just that half. They finally made a new one and the person waiting on us admitted that the first one was burnt due to an employee putting it on the wrong shelf. He apologized, gave us an order of breadsticks on the house and told us to grab a 2 liter bottle of our choice on our way out. That's good customer service and I will continue to go to the South Plainfield location!“
“It’s December 31st, 2025. We got to the Pizza Hut and go inside. As I enter, 50 people swarm the cashiers and one lady behind the counter is screaming and trying to calm the situation down. After 20 minutes, I get to the front. Some cashier looks at my email receipt and looks in the warming fridges where they keep the pizza. I was one hour late and my order still wasn’t there. Hopeless. I go back to the car, viewing the dominos app. But then I get a hunch, a feeling. Maybe, just maybe they could have it. I go back inside and like an angel from the heavens, the quiet cashier come right to me and hands me my pizzas. What a legend. Five stars for the service. But my pizza was one hour old and cold.“
