20251007::first time ordering and it took a bit cause there wete alot of orders. i liked the cheese sticks, breadsticks and folded pizza. regular pizza was ok. pasta was salty, boneless wings were awesome.“

“It’s very rare, especially these days to be compelled to write a review inspired by genuinely outstanding customer service and care. My son wanted stuffed crust from Pizza Hut, because no one does it better. It was my first time at this location, and Alyssa was engaging and attentive to their young customer. From my observation of the interactions with other customers, Alyssa remembers everyone by name and is extremely well mannered. The team mate present today was equally attentive and productive. I can say based on the elite customer service and the amazing quality of the hot stuffed crust pizza, this Pizza Hut is the best location in Brooklyn.“

“The pizza is usually very good here and the staff has been friendly. I gave them only 4 stars because for at least the 2nd and 3rd weeks in Oct. they did not have any pizza because the oven was out of order. The company should have taken care of problem immediately.“

“I visited Pizza Hut to try their Melt. This location seems to be only for pickup/takeout orders, pretty small but functional. The service was fine, nothing extraordinary, straightforward and catering to requests. The food was decent. I wouldn't buy a Melt over a regular pizza in the future because it comes off as a bit dryer than the pizza which made it difficult to enjoy. Boneless wings that came with it were fried a bit hard but not to the point where they were not edible. Compared to Pizza Hut restaurants of the past, these items gave more fast food quality than I anticipated. I'll have to try their personal pan pizza next time to see how I feel about this overall, I just have to change my expectation of the level of food I'm going to receive.“
