“I ordered online and when we got there the pizza was not ready. Then they brought out a burnt pizza. I was told it was burnt because I ordered half without cheese. I know this is untrue and even more do the entire pie was Burt, not just that half. They finally made a new one and the person waiting on us admitted that the first one was burnt due to an employee putting it on the wrong shelf. He apologized, gave us an order of breadsticks on the house and told us to grab a 2 liter bottle of our choice on our way out. That's good customer service and I will continue to go to the South Plainfield location!“
“Disappointed they no longer have dining room! We were hoping to Dine In but were surprised to find barricades up blocking dining room so we ended up ordering to go. The service was good and our food came out fairly quickly. No issues with order accuracy or food quality. There is a drive-thru which is very convenient.“
