Pizza Hut has seen a positive transformation under Anthony Mendez's management, with improved customer service that keeps people coming back. However, some customers have experienced issues like receiving burnt pizza. On a brighter note, the restaurant offers convenient online ordering for free one-topping pan pizza rewards, as appreciated by a satisfied customer whose child received an award. Overall, Pizza Hut now offers a mix of improved service and convenient options for its customers.
