Ordered two pizzas and wings. While eating, my mom felt something sharp in her mouth and spit it out. She saw a stapler on the plate. Called multiple times to speak with someone. After being hung up on 4 times and on hold for over 40 minutes. They kept telling me to send them a picture of the pizza. I suggested I bring the pizza back along with the staple and they provided a refund. They said they can't give a refund or take back the pizza and kept insisting that there is no stapler around the pizza. They were ghetto and unprofessional. Will not be returning!

Trash ? they make you wait while their in the back being chatty. Worst customer experience. If you like pizza hut go to the one on Pitkin. On top of that I waited over 15 mins for a pickup order that was already made. Had to wait for someone from the back to finally show up.

The cheesesticks were burnt. And I was missing the drink pack order and the guy working now lied and said he handed the driver the drink pack which was a lie then had me on hold for over half an hour when I called about it.
