I’m giving 5 stars although I did not like what I saw tonight. I was in line with my kids and this man with his wife and kid were at a window. The man was yelling at the employee and from the beginning he had a very nasty attitude. Even if something was wrong he had no right to scream at this young girl who was trying to help him. It's one of my favorite Rita's to go to. The service is great, the ice cream is delicious, and the wait is short. This place is perfect for a quick treat on a nice warm day.

Been going here for years great customer service and Italian ice I always go with the cherry flavor it's great. There's only outdoor seating here but there's a parking lot so you can sit in your car
