Wow this dunkin needs more employees Iv never waited so long for a dunkin coffee two times in a row now
The customer service at this location is ABSOLUTELY horrific. Im not sure what that one lady's issue is but she always acts like I THE CUSTOMER am burdening her by asking her to DO HER JOB. I swear its the same lady each time idk if she has a personal issue with me for no apparent reason or if she's just a grumpy woman in general, but she should not be working the drive through or having any face to face customer interactions at all. Just took a quick run to this location to pick up some coffee and food, and was baffled by how much ice is used for a large brown sugar shaken espresso coffee. 90% of the drink is ice, and 10% is coffee. I will say they did make the coffee good, which surprised me as I am not a Dunkin fan (they always messed up my orders or they just don’t taste good), but the amount of ice they use is just ridiculous.
