“Amazing Dunkin, I come here twice a day everyday, my only issue is the drive-thru. It's horrible, the pavement is beyond need of repair. Someone is going to seriously mess up their car. PLEASE FIX IT. You're going to start losing valuable committed customers due to it because nobody is going to want to risk messing up a tire or something. It really needs to get fixed ASAP“

“Such a delicious stop to get some hot, fresh donuts. They have a good variety to choose from. Got a 6 pack of donuts and some donut holes. I will definitely be stopping in when I am back that way. I would recommend trying this if you are in the area“

“I've tried a couple of mochi donuts here and they are all amazing! Not too sweet and the flavors all hit the mark. I've recently stopped by and noticed they had Christmas themed donuts, which is think is so cute, they would be great to bring to a party or to gift to someone.“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“Absolutely delicious 2 tier cake for my son's engagement party. Sophia decorated it beautifully !! with the fresh roses I brought in the day before. Vanilla cake French cream with fresh strawberries and blueberries +whipped cream icing sooo yummy. I will always get my cakes from la dolce in old bridge. Highly recommend“

“Im one of the managers at bakers next door. I don’t usually go to this one because its past my work. But two other places on my way in didnt have many donut selections.. this place was beautifully decorated for Christmas, had cute Christmas things you can buy, and a great variety of everything! While waiting, i even saw the owner checking the supply of donuts! Greatly ran!!“

“I love this dunkin so much, they always get my coffee order perfect. It's always the right color, and the ratios are perfect. Staff is always super friendly, and it's always clean inside. I never have to wait long for my coffee either. I travel from Bayonne to Freehold for work and I will wait till I reach freehold to get my coffee.“

“This Dunkin is very spacious inside. I was traveling with my family and was in the area, looking for a comfortable place to be able to sit down and get some work done. They have multiple styles of chairs and tables to sit or work at. The seating was comfy and they provide free wifi. I was able to enjoy my tea and chocolate glazed donut, along with my book while my husband and sister did their zoom meetings. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Even though there was light music playing, it was still pretty quiet. This was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for our needs.“

“I went in at 1:15am, and there was only one employee that I knew of working at this time. Granted, I was the only customer, and I imagine they rarely get much business during these hours. Still, the present staff was friendly and quick, and food still delicious.“

“I tried to redeem my points thru the app, which was an arduous, complicated, and confusing experience. On top of that, I was having a bad day and just wanted to get some comfort food and something to drink. Team members Owen and Olaa were super nice and did the best they could to make things better, but in the long run, it was completely an APP issue. Otherwise; my donuts and drinks were amazing (especially the spider donut!). Kudos to Olaa and Owen for being helpful and patient with me during my visit. I will visit Dunkin' again but I will need a LOT of help redeeming points in the app. (I gave 3 stars to the atmosphere because it's in a bodega and strictly a walk-in store, with no Dunkin' cups or other things for sale.)“

“Hi I came to the store late in the afternoon and my drink wasn't made properly which was fine one of the associates asked to do it over again and I was fine with that. The supervisor by the name of Kunji was very polite and courteous and took care of my order expeditiously was very kind and apologetic he also stated I could take the drink that was made previous by the other employee he was very generous very sweet and very gentle when speaking to customers.“

“dunkin donuts has always been my go to for coffee. being honest though, some locations make a better coffee than others. therefore I have my favorites. but overall the service is always friendly. and they will do their best to correct and or adjust your order.😁“

“Having coffee and working on laptop. Gentleman comes in, orders and inappropriately starts complaining it wasn’t right. The young lady offered every option to help him. She was genuine, professional and really tried everything but he wouldn’t hear any of her solutions. Funny thing is it seemed like it WAS what he ordered. He oddly walked in and out a few times making the situation worse, finally leaving. Had it escalated beyond his complaints, I would have intervened. Fortunately it didnt come to that. Especially on Sept 11. Be happy and be proud- not a whiney PITA. Bravo to the staff for their courteous and customer dedicated demeanor.“

“We visited this location with over 60 campers during the week, to end our day/week on a sweet & positive note. The staff there could not have been better. They took our orders in an efficient manner, cranked them out in the speediest of deliveries, did not miss a beat despite the vast and diverse orders AND did It all with smiles on their faces!“
