I have tried this new location several times and the owner of this franchise doesn't really care about the customer experience. They are severly understaffed and I have actually walked out twice because of the long wait. They never seem to have enough people. The employees are all very nice and welcoming, but they need more of them or this place will not last.

The food quality is very good and the service is OK.
On recent visits to this location, I enjoyed observing a more experienced younger guy showing a less experienced younger guy some tricks in preparing and wrapping sandwiches. Very cool.
The more experienced guy is always friendly and kind.
Overall, a good experience and value.
