This location sucks I wish there was another one in the area. We always have issues when placing orders. Today my husband picked up an order and they forgot to include 2 of the donuts. Of course he didn’t realize till he got home. You can’t even request a refund over the phone because they NEVER answer so he’s forced to drive 25 min there and 25 min back to get was he already paid for.
The Springfield NJ shop on Rt.22 didn’t accept my gift card that I received from getting a penzoil oil change offer.
It was for $25.00 and it was DENIED!
That said bottom line end of the day, (That’s politician talk.) They just lost the human equivalent of Homer Simpson of a customer with me.(mmmmm donuts.)
I do recommend the East Rutherford NJ. Location. Rt.17
