Mexican Restaurants near Springfield

“We're local business owners in Springfield, NJ and just discovered Tierra Del Sol as a wonderful spot for lunch!

Friendly greeting when we walked in, quick table service and the food is fresh and very flavorful! We each had Quesadilla's de Carne Asada (Steak) - and the serving sizes were big, we each only ate half and too the rest home.

“This spot is great! We love going here or getting take out. The patio is wonderful when the weather is nice. Service is always timely and the food is great, super reliable. We dined in the other night and our daughter (10 months) was starting to get restless and a staff member came out with a balloon for her. She was calm and happy and we were able to enjoy the rest of our meal. It was really thoughtful. I can’t recommend enough!“

“The week I came here I was at other chipotles that same week just to compare. All the other Chipotle’s I went too didn’t have brisket after a certain time but it was about 7pm and they still had some. This chipotle has to be the most generous. I did compliment the server and she says it depends on the time of day but when I went it was still kinda busy. They was serving fast and the bowl was overflowing! I forgot to get the hot sauce on my bowl but when I went back I went to the to go area and the server there gave me some with no questions ask. The chips were fresh and I was there for no more than 10 mins which is reasonable.“

“Food was good but they're occasionally out of ingredients. I asked for fajita veggies and they didn't have any. When I asked when some more would be out, the server looked behind to the cook and just shook his head no. A bit disappointing.“

“Oh my god the place is amazing! The servants are so kind and the food oh my god I can't even tell you how good it is. And the servants they are always so kind. The place is so beautiful and lots of places to take the most wonderful photos. You should go.“

“Very delicious food. Stopped by in the evening looking for a quick bite. I ordered the shrimp tacos and the al pastor which are my two favorite types of tacos. Both tasted really great, however the al pastor had a much better flavor overall.
I also tried the chips and salsa. Chips tasted like they are fried in house (in a good way) I didn't love the salsa too much. The texture and flavor was a little off for me. Maybe there are beans blended in? Not worth docking a star for this because overall I really enjoyed my meal and will be back again.
Atmosphere is very nice as well. The decor is welcoming and the staff was really friendly as well.“
