I ordered Fuji apple chicken salad to go. When I got home , looking forward to my lunch. I realized the salad had no chicken! I called spoke to manager, Shi and she told me to come the next day. I did and received a p erfect salad
I love Panera!! The food is good as it always is. What made our visit really memorable was the staff member Misheel (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong!) who made absolutely sure our food was satisfactory. When we picked up our food, he made sure we knew that we could come to them with any concerns or questions. wow, i have to give props here. this really felt like a community space tonight. tons of people and groups. friendly and nice vibe. michael (maybe a manager?) was so friendly and super professional, checked on us to make sure our food was good. the dining area was clean and cozy. this location is spacious enough for working or eating with a group. fireplaces, booths and tons of little sections to sit. will be back!
