Bugs in my shrimp box on March 31. I called complained and was promised a refund that I still haven’t received. The manger was rude as hell and disrespectful when I called. Had the nerve to offer me more bugs. Popeyes was my go to when I was hungry while being out and about. No more!!
This is the worst popeyes ever. I walked in there tonight. I told them I came into the lobby instead of the drive thru because the 3 times prior to this my chicken was dry and old and I didn't want that to happen again. So what did I get older and dryer!!! My chicken wasn't even hot..my fries were also cold. The biscuits are actually stale. If I wasn't so tired I would drive back and make them it this mess.
