We love the BHW location! The food is amazing every time! The staff works so hard! Everyone saying they are rude and dressed inappropriately are ridiculous! It’s hot and those people get their butts kicked ALL DAY! Get your delicious bagel and keep it moving!!
I WANT to be a bagels and beyond fan but this location didn’t have the best customer service. Also, strange prices. Getting any type of meat (ex:ham or bacon) added to an egg on a bagel is $3 extra but was not explained correctly despite our questions. Only figured this out by one of our bagels being significantly cheaper somehow. Our food wasn’t bad but not great staff. Might try a different location.

The service was very attentive and pleasant. The shop is nice on the inside... menu boards similar to other bagel shops and a roomy area to sit while you wait for your order. However, I was disappointed with the order. In my opinion, there was not a satisfying amount of cream cheese. It seems like they only spread a bit of the topping on one side then topped it off with the other side of bagel.
