“Food is pretty consistent and decent. I've had better but also have had alot worse. For the price, it's worth it. Only downside to this place is you have to pick it up but I live close as heck so it's not a problem I have.

Vegetarian options: Decent amount of veggie options but obviously still not the best for someone on a diet, lol.

Parking: In front and decent amount, never really a full lot.“

“Most people order to take out from this restaurant and pick it up themselves but i ate inside the restaurant which has tables, chairs and the service which are all basic and functional. My dish was served in a paper plates and with self serve plastic utensils. I ordered the Spare Ribs Combo which includes an Egg roll and fried rice. The portion was very very nice size, the taste of everything was excellent, honestly if you want great tasting Chinese food, it's here. Don't hesitate, and i will definitely be back for more.“

“Went to Stafford, NJ for a vacation and saw this place one day while kind of driving around and touring the neighborhood. Just wanting something quick for lunch, I came here with my Dad. First thing is it is Takeout and Pickup only, maybe delivery? I'm not sure on that. Anyway, I had my dogs at the beach house we rented and so I was OK with going back and hanging there anyway. We both decided to try their VERY affordable Lunch Special, and for the price we expected small portions, but they were actually a very nice size for the price. Plus it came with roughly a Pint of Wonton soup, and so you can't beat it. ( I left price out in case of change but at the time of writing this it was very fair and the food was very good as well. ) Would definitely recommend to anyone and I plan on stopping back if I'm in the area ever again. The lady up front was very nice and I loved seeing the fresh sushi bar up front as well. Great find“

“When we moved here we were looking for a good chinese spot. tried a couple nearby but nothing was as good.Good people , good food here. Of the course of 4 years since we been ordering just one small mistake and they made it right. Will always keep coming back. Love this place !“

“Exceptional food at reasonable prices. The place is immaculate: I've been there for pick up and the kitchen is on full display. They will also, within reason, accommodate most orders; from adding broccoli or ommitting certain ingredients. I highly recommend China King and their polite staff.“

From appy's ( chicken sticks and dumplings, our favorites), to entrees ( steamed veggies and shrimp to General Tsaos white meat chicken, Lo mein is amazing, fried rice, perfect!) “China King had been around most of my life in barnegat. As an old lady who has tried other establishments, Ive picked them as my favorite. The owners are so sweet and recognize me when I come in, even when I dye my hair. They have the best brown sauce for their egg foo young dishes, and their chicken rice soup is always comforting and delicious. I tend to go basic on what I order, and stick to the gen tso or sesame chicken, but even when I do venture out and try new things, it's always a delicious experience. I highly recommend ordering from them and making them your favorite as well 😁

Vegetarian options: They can substitute many items for tofu, or just take or the meat and add more veggies. Their gen tso tofu is really good and sometimes I crave it, even though I eat meat regularly.

“My favorite Chinese place in town. The chicken and broccoli is out of hand good. White meat. Get extra sauce. Prices are fair. I literally just got a whole combo meal with rice soup and an egg roll for $16 You pay that at McDonald’s nowadays if you get a big enough meal ? Don’t think I can say iv have had a terrible meal here ever. Service. ?? fast. Fresh.“

“The sushi is absolutely delicious. The restaurant section for eating in is always clean and well kept. The takeout side has fair portions and I do not recall ever having an issue with my orders. Been eating here since they opened. Best spot in town in my book!“

“Ordered from Door Dash and didn't realize it was this place, haven't ate there in a while due to a not so great experience our last time. This was literally the best General Tso's I've had in a looooong time!!! Will be ordering with the family! Recommend!“

“Called to place an order for pick up, the young lady was very courteous. Was told 10-15 minutes. Went 25 minutes later and it wasn’t ready yet which wasn’t a big deal as I only waited 3 minutes after that for it to be ready. The restaurant is clean and welcoming and is definitely family run as the kids are there which is nice to see.
The food was good but the chicken wings had were bland and needed some simple seasoning before frying.
The disappointing part was the vegetable egg foo young. It had a funny texture and had some things in it that I couldn’t decipher. All 3 of my family members had the same complaint so it was a bummer.
I would try them again and taste some different things.“
