The Budd Lake/Netcong area is home to in my opinion, 3 of the best pizzerias in Northwestern New Jersey. Enzo’s on route 46, Carmine’s on Main Street, and of course, the subject of this review, Sal’s on 206 just outside of Netcong. Pizza wise, I would say all three of these places are on an equally delicious playfield. The food is always good, the staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is your typical pizza restaurant. I've had several dinners including chicken franchaise and chicken marsala, which were delicious. There are several varieties of pizza with fresh ingredients, crispy crusts and robust sauces. Hot and cold subs are always spot on. If you are looking for tasty Italian food with generous portions, Sal's is your go to place.
