Carved offers an array of interesting sandwiches in the former Dorsi's Pharmacy deli/store area, although it is unrelated to Dorsi's and no longer serves the beloved Dorsi family chicken salad recipe. Customers have enjoyed the Stirling Dip, which features sliced roast beef, sharp provolone, and caramelized onion on a garlic baguette, served with a side of beef au jus, pickled cucumbers, and red onions. The high-quality, tender beef is the highlight, though the sandwich can be on the salty side. Another popular choice is the chicken gyro. The delicious aroma of rotisserie meats and in-house baked goods greets visitors as soon as they enter. While Carved does not currently offer vegetarian options beyond a sandwich with goat cheese, the owners have indicated they will be expanding the menu to include meals in the future.
