One can tell the amount of pride the owner put into his eatery. While waiting for the Stirling Dip, which beats out all other's French dips, he offered a sample wing on a batch just made. Delicious! The Stirling Dip? Out of this world. It's nice to have such a business in the neighborhood even though I came from two towns away.
Finally got a chance to go to Carved. The Stirling Dip and Scarface sandwiches were outstanding. So flavorful and the bread was perfect on both. My husband who always leaves a little left over of the au jus when he gets a sandwich like this did not leave one drop and probably would have had more if he could. I loved the coleslaw and cucumber salad. Service was great. Very nice place.

This restaurant is such a gem! I had the French dip sandwich. The bread was delicious; the meat was so tender and flavorful, large portions!
