Finally got a chance to go to Carved. The Stirling Dip and Scarface sandwiches were outstanding. So flavorful and the bread was perfect on both. My husband who always leaves a little left over of the au jus when he gets a sandwich like this did not leave one drop and probably would have had more if he could. I loved the coleslaw and cucumber salad. Service was great. Very nice place.
We definitely need to go back and try some more. So many options including family dinners...

This restaurant is such a gem! I had the French dip sandwich. The bread was delicious; the meat was so tender and flavorful, large portions!

Enjoyed talking to the owners, very welcoming. I will definitely be back. Wishing them all the best!

This place is incredible. The sandwiches are on another level. They make everything themselves, including the rolls, roasted meats, sides etc.

This time we had "The Nic" and "The Patriot".

The Nic - shaved slow roasted pork dipped in their amazing pork jus, shaved grana padano cheese, garlic sauteed broccoli rabe, and roasted red peppers served on a homemade baguette. This sandwich takes your taste buds to the next level....
