Let me start by saying I’ve been to many famous pizzerias on the east coast in NYC, and CT and this place can be compared to a few of them! I decided to grab a bite to eat at Market Pizza. I got the Black Forest pizza which is like a personal pizza. The Black Forest pizza had prosciutto di parma arugula, shaved parmesan roasted plum tomatoes, fontina evoo, and balsamic reduction. We ordered a margherita pie and a mushroom truffle pie. My kids, ages 7, 9, and 11, housed the margherita in no time. They loved it. They each had a slice of the mushroom truffle and loved that too. I ate the balance of the mushroom truffle and loved it. Great crust. Thin. The slice holds up when you pick it up. Has a great chew. Brandon is balancing the toppings and sauce really well. There’s not an overwhelming amount of anything. Very fresh. So good.
