Bagels are delicious and house made. Cute little place and there's a nice seating area outside.
However, each bagel is $2.25, but if you want anything like cream cheese or butter added, it'll be 3x as much ($6.50 at least). Why cream cheese is $4 is a mystery. Also, lox is an additional $10.

The breakfast sandwiches at Cafe Noir are the best I’ve ever had! My favorite is the egg and cheese on a croissant. The owner is so kind and thoughtful, and remembers everyone! I can’t wait to return on my next trip to the shore.
