Marabella's Family Restaurant

My family came down to Stone Harbor this year in October 2022 which was the same week as hurricane Ian tropical storm. We made reservations at Marabella’s as our usual yearly visit but unfortunately due to the weather and flooding the restaurant closed. The owner was nice enough to call me back and offer other restaurants that were still open however we wanted to give them business so we ordered takeout. The food was EXCELLENT. The South Jersey shore has always had a real problem: visitors either pay through the nose for subpar food they would never even consider eating at home or they have to spend a small fortune just to feed themselves and their family a decent meal that they usually would get at home at fair market value. In all fairness, it appears the new ownership is just getting underway. The menus were printed on what seemed to be computer paper and the menu was more limited than what we are used to. The interior has a bit of a musty smell and it appeared to nit to have been open for a while. My wife had the mahi topped with crab and enjoyed it.
