Very pleased to have a place like this in Summit! Vante’s attentiveness and friendly attitude ensure we had everything we needed. The chef really know flavors, everything was delicious and even customer service was great, Ana gave great recommendations and was so communicative, loved her!! The inside was very clean and music was a 10/10, was bopping all over the place. Definitely a new spot for us

What truly elevates Ani Ramen is the exceptional service. I was particularly impressed by Ana and Vante, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. Ana was incredibly attentive and friendly, offering great recommendations and making us feel right at home. Vante was equally fantastic, providing prompt and courteous service with a smile. Tried Tokyo shoyu and chefs special, broth is very thin like your instant noodle broth. Pork chashu was very fatty and not chashu style, just two slabs of pork, they were good though.

Barely any service at all: waitstaff bring out the foods and the check, nothing in between, and 3% credit card surcharge it’s totally a joke.
