Cute spot with a nice vibe. Food was good. We had chicken bao bun, shozu dumpling from their specials menu and I had the Chef's Special Ramen which was tasty with a hint of spiciness due to the ginger. My friend had the shoyu ramen which she said was a little less flavorful than mine.

The vibes 10/10. I’ve been to a couple of different Ani Ramen locations and the summit location is my new favorite.
The specials menu is something you definitely need to take a look at and try (the bao buns and gyoza) but also don’t forget to try their regular appetizers and Ramen. Big ups to the GM, John, for making our experience enjoyable as he recommended several dishes that became our new go-tos. The servers brought out the food quickly and they were very attentive...
