The calamari was fried but it was also very light and nicely seasoned - it was particularly highlighted by the pickled peppers and onions, as well as the cucumbers, giving a satisfying fresh flavor as well as acid to cut the richness. The dumplings were nothing special (I got Shumai and vegetable ones) but decent nonetheless. The lobster mango starter roll was also pretty nice. Absolutely loved my experience at Blossom Asian Bistro! The food was amazing, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Everything was fresh and delicious. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
