I never considered Persian food beyond kebobs, but this place makes food taste magical! Even the most basic of dishes, their Nageen Salad, was unforgettable. I live about a 10 hour drive away, but am wondering how I can fit a side trip here next time I'm visiting the tri-state area. Truly worth going out of your way for.
Their kebabs are excellent. Their baba ganoosh is more like a vegetable. The vegetarian salad was ok. I did not enjoy the eggplant. It was too raw for me. The veg options are strictly ok but kebabs are outstanding!
Absolutely delicious and authentic! You can taste the love in the food. Standout dishes were Kashke Bademjan (eggplant) and Kabob Koobideh (lean ground lamb). The kabob was one of the best I’ve ever had - juicy, perfectly spiced, tender, and flavorful. Very good portion size as well. BYOB. We will definitely be back soon!
