Most amazing and authentic Chinese food in summit/Millburn area!!
What a great find! Had dinner here and it was a very pleasant experience. The ambience is bright and clean; the staff were friendly; the food was fresh and tasty; and the music playlist was on point. We will be back!

Based on reviews, Sofun Noodle Bar is a great find with a bright, clean, and modern atmosphere. The restaurant is new with modern decorations and a welcoming, cosy atmosphere. The staff are friendly, and the service is great, quick, and wonderful. The food is fresh, tasty, very authentic, and delicious, with distinct flavors. There are many vegetarian options, and the Mapo tofu is one of the best and most authentic in the area. The menu has many options, including comfort food like rice noodle soup, and while slightly pricey, the quality of ingredients is top notch. This gem in downtown Summit is a favorite spot for a nice meal.
