“I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but the Panera Bread at Overlook Hospital truly deserves a shoutout. This team goes above and beyond in a setting where the stakes are high and the pace never lets up. Working in food service is hard anywhere, but here, they’re serving busy doctors, patients with special dietary needs, and families under stress, and they do it with grace, care, and a smile.

I’ve watched staff members go out of their way to find soft foods for someone with swallowing issues or track down a comforting cup of hot tea for a patient. These may seem like small things, but they make a huge difference in a hospital setting. The warmth, efficiency, and humanity of this team stand out, and I just wanted to say thank you. You’re doing a great job.“

“Service and every dishes other than sushi was great! However, I really have to give the sushi rice they used and sushi selection limitation a comment because the rice used is not for sushi. Fish is really fresh, but rice is hard to chew or swallow. And selection for sushi is quite limited. The old menu they have has scallop and squid, none of that is actually selling any more. There’s basic fish sushi and all types of rolls tho which is nice, but rice really makes me hard to enjoy them. Despite all that, ither food choice is various from cold dish to hot fried rice to fruits and dessert. In general it is worth to try“

“I’ve been eating pizza my whole life, and like most people, the foods you grow up with usually stay your favorites, same for my wife and me. But after a recent trip to Italy, we both agreed… pizza in Italy is on another level! 🇮🇹🍕

So imagine our surprise yesterday when we stopped into A Legna Wood Fired Pizza and after the VERY first bite, we looked at each other and just smiled.

This Margherita pizza was hands down the BEST pizza we’ve had in New Jersey, and trust me, we’ve tried pizza spots all over the state!

The crust, the sauce, the fresh mozzarella… absolutely incredible. If you’re looking for amazing pizza, do yourself a favor and stop by! And bonus: they’re BYOB too! 🍷🍕“

“I’m writing this as I eat pad Thai from a little restaurant in Sayerville. I live in middlesex county now, but I used to work in Westfield close to this place, I would get the lunch special, spicy chicken of Thai and tom yum soup. “Let me share my experience with this restaurant being it’s my first time eating here. To start off the people are very pleasant and greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. So there is no issue there ! The food was also decent , very tasty and everything was fresh. Some things that they can improve on is a little less salt ( msg) and they also had cinnamon in the egg roll which was sort of odd. But overall it was a good place to eat.“

“I love Panera!! The food is good as it always is. What made our visit really memorable was the staff member Misheel (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong!) who made absolutely sure our food was satisfactory. When we picked up our food, he made sure we knew that we could come to them with any concerns or questions. I got up at one point to get some butter for my bread and some dressing for my salad, and he was super accommodating. He also came by to check on us as we were eating. Really stellar service, I’m super impressed!“

“I'm in NJ for a business trip I wanted a place I could get an itemized receipt. They do have them available! Also some of the best crab Rangoons I've had in a long time! The Chicken and broccoli was perfectly cooked. The pork fried rice isnt dry at all! Honestly my new favorite Chinese take out! To bad I don't live here!“

“We came here as a family for a light dinner and a few drinks. We ordered a few appetizers and they were brought out to our table pretty quickly. Bhel, gobi manchurian, lamb kebab and chili paneer were delicious. We were all well taken care here. The waiters were attentive, kind, friendly and so warm. This service ensures we come back here!“

“For once, a Chinese takeout restaurant is aptly named.

When my family and I crave Chinese takeout, this is our go-to spot. Not only do they churn out large takeout orders in good time (our orders are typically quite large, and we've never had an issue in the thirty or so times we've ordered in the past), but it's always hot, well-seasoned, and well-prepared.

Our orders typically include a 'something-and-broccoli' dish, and they always manage to cook the broccoli to perfect tenderness. I'll also add that this is the only takeout place (ever) where I've actually liked the sesame chicken. In most places, it's either too sweet, mushy, or overly sauced; here, it's dependably delicious.

We especially love the combination plates on the menu, which offers certain entrees with a choice of fried rice or lo mein and a side of egg rolls.“

“I am so extremely happy as I found my mei fun noodle I've been looking for. I used to (back on 2016) work near by this place and my coworkers had always ordered mei fun (thin rice noodle) from this place. As I moved job at 2018, I forgot where to get the same exact thing that I've tried from when I was working near by this chinese restaurant, I went to so many chinese restaurant around woodbridge/ edison to look for the exact thing but their mei fun noodle are so different compared to this (both the look and the taste). how I found this place again? I've never been here in person as in the past my coworkers ordered by phone and had them delivered to work. I tried to google chinese restaurant near carteret and found the singapore noodle pic on this website and give it a try to come try it in person. because from the look, it's just like what I want. the very very thin rice noodle (vermicelli). came to know that this place was the one where my friends ordered from! i'm so happy. will be back for my rice noodle again :))“

“Perfect! I live in Arizona but I'm originally from NJ. First thing l wanted to do when i got off the plane was her Chinese food because, just like pizza, in Arizona is a joke!!! This place did not disappoint! Everything was perfect. Delicious fried rice, wonton,general so chicken (yes they do offer white meat option), eggroll and shrimp with lobster sauce, $30, 5 stars for every item ordered. Thank you NJ!

“This location is so special & I really enjoy stopping to have a meal here whenever I’m in the area. A large indoor seating area w/a sweet fireplace! Yep a fireplace. It also has very nice sized outdoor space as an option in nice weather! A ++ service & cleaniness. Would eat here if I lived closer on the daily.“

“This Panera has become our go-to post-gym hangout. My wife and I stop by after workouts to cool off, get a little work done, and treat ourselves — and it never disappoints.

We’re Sip Club members, and the new Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca has been a total favorite lately. It’s light, refreshing, and honestly feels like a reward after the gym. Super crisp and not too sweet — just right.

We also shared an orange scone, and wow... it was so good. Moist and fluffy on the inside, but with a glazed, slightly crunchy shell that gave it that perfect balance. Sweet but not over the top. One scone, two happy people.

The vibe inside is calm, cozy, and just the right amount of background noise to settle in without distraction. Whether we’re working or just relaxing, this location always hits the spot.“

“very chill spot to come and sit and get some work done. the music isn’t loud and obnoxious and the service is nice. the food was good too. i would say it was clean as well and they make sure they maintain it.

only drawback is that not a lot of outlets to plug things in. so get there early to find a port. but other than that, thank you :)
