One of those legendary railcar diners that can only fit a small number of customers at a time. The food comes out quick and service is friendly. Stick with the omelletes and other short order items. Can’t go wrong. It is cash only which I didn’t realize but all good. Check this place out.
I went to the Summit Diner with a group of friends on November 16th at 11:30 AM. The Summit Diner is located right next to the train station which made traveling to it super easy. Parking can be difficult especially if its busy. The customer service is really good. Once we entered the diner, the waitress smiled warmly us at us and took our order very quickly and delivered us our water. The diner has a train car design. The Summit Diner was a great experience on a Sunday early afternoon. The coffee was perfect, the food came out quickly and tasted great, and the ambiance was friendly. The breakfast menu has lots of good options but I decided on a veggie omelet that came with hash browns. I also ordered an English muffin. Everything was delicious and I look forward to dining here again. It was a great experience to have a meal in a vintage dining car.
