At The Committed Pig, it’s the Baked Brie Burger.

Brie, bacon, and fig shouldn’t be this good together, but somehow they are. It’s rich, salty, smoky, sweet, and just indulgent enough without becoming overwhelming. I spent the entire meal wondering why more burgers aren’t built like this.

Decent enough sandwiches. I liked my Cubano but wouldn't race back. All the food looked good and everyone enjoyed their lunch. Booths are a little tight. Table service is good, kitchen is slow, place was maybe a third full and the food took awhile to show up.

The Committed Pig is one of our family's favorite spots in Summit! Whether you're in the mood for brunch or a great burger, you really can't go wrong. My kids absolutely love the burgers, and the Pig Fries are a must-order every time we visit. I usually stick with the breakfast menu, and the pancakes and french toast never disappoint.
