Best value for quality and quantity. My favorites are Monkey Madness and Moody Mango, and their bubble teas are perfectly balanced not too sweet.

Everything here is consistently delicious and never disappoints!

The ice cream here is excellent! The boba however needs some improvement. I’ve had it a few times months apart thinking it would be different, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. The tapioca isn’t soft enough meaning it’s not chewy throughout, so it has a bit of a bite to it. Also, the boba is always mostly ice.
