“We have been to Old Stone many times and are never disappointed. The setting is intimate and beautifully decorated. It is immaculately clean; the cases of home baked muffins, danish, pies and cakes literally gleam. We love their freshly brewed coffee. We’ve had great breakfasts there. But, we believe their lunch menu to be the best tasting in town. Everything is made to order. The home made soups are especially delicious. The tuna salad was freshly prepared with surprising bits of carrot in the mix...yum! The burger was massive. Lastly, the owners are friendly and accommodating. Check it out. You will be glad you did!“

“The young ladies operating this DQ today were wonderful. This has always been a nicely run establishment- even when the line of cars stretches around the store and into the road. They are always kind, patient, and exemplify what it means to provide a good service. Today, I just felt they needed the recognition that I feel is deserved.“

“We have driven past Cow Patty's since it opened. Finally stopped in the other day and was so glad that we did. We were greeted with a friendly staff and seated immediately. Our server was right there with menus and to take our drink orders. Everything is locally sourced and as fresh as fresh as I have ever tasted. The burgers were juicy but not at all greasy. I decided to do the "Build Your Own" burger. Fresh patty with a fried egg and American cheese on a pretzel bun. The egg was cooked to perfection and just enough yolk to flavor the fresh beef. Served with a side of perfectly seasoned and fried potatoes and a pickle wedge. I enjoyed it like no other burger I have had. Throughout the whole meal, the bread and integrity of the burger stayed in tact until the last bite. The vanilla shake was flavorful and just thick enough to be able to drink through the large straw. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Definitely give them a try!“

“We finally made our long awaited stop here and both decided the Dirty Burger would get us the best of what they have to offer. Perfect beef patties with their truly unique Taylor Ham (not Pork Roll) Jam and their Rock Sauce- it was superb. Their Cheese curds and corn fritters were a nice compliment to the star of the show. A perfectly blended Banana Pudding with Oreo Milkshake (which they happily made to my custom request) was a perfect follow on to the meal. For friendly staff, clean and happy atmosphere and most importantly, delicious American food we will most certainly be back for more!!“

“Haven't been there in years. Went back to try something new. Happily surprised. Went on Friday. Brought the whole family back on Sunday. The service is excellent and very personable. Met the owner. Very nice couple. You don't feel rushed. The food is very good. Large portions so be hungry when you go. Great value. I also enjoyed the music. I just missed the piano player because I had to leave but I'll be back.“

“I’ve ordered from FD’s 3x in 3 weeks and each time, my order has been correct & delicious. I’ve been creating my own cheesesteak; the rolls are big & fresh, and they pack it with my choices. I also order the ‘dirty fries’ which are my favorite part of the meal. Like, I love it all but the dirty fries are bangin’. The fry style is thick but not steak cut. I’m comfortable with their prices because I like to pay for good quality food. 10/10 from me.“

“Like BK over McDonald's and KFC....their burgers, chicken, and shakes are great...Newton Mc Donald's shake machine is always broken...If BK has gotten your order wrong or forgot something they gladly make it right..Do not even go to the KFC... always out of crispy chicken, sides, and biscuits are not that good..had to wait a long time at KFC and food was terrible good..“

“It's a Dairy Queen so you know what you are getting. Felt that the service was good for the three visits I have made there in the last two months. Hot food was consistent and fresh. Milk shakes were what you would expect from them. I was able to play an arcade game while I waited for my food so that was cool. Place looked like it was clean. Freezer seemed stocked with an ample supply of DQ items.. I have nothing to complain about so a 5 star it is. If you like DQ this once is worth stopping at.“

“We wanted a cake with our cats photo on it. After about an hour waiting, it was determined it wasn't going to be possible. Chris, the young man helping us, kept checking with us during our wait. He showed us a gel icing likeness of our cat he did. After about an hour, we decided to go with the icing likeness, rather than the photo. It came out fantastic! Chris refused to charge us and just kept apologizing. We told We understood and didn't feel he needed to apologize. No matter how much we insisted, he would not take our money. That right there, is excellent customer service. We have always gone to DQ in Newton to get our ice cream cakes. After today, trust me, we will ALWAYS go to DQ in Newton! Thanks Chris! Fuzzy loved his cake!“
