This place has no employees working and the doors are ALWAYS LOCKED. How am I supposed to eat my favorite Baskin robin ice cream when they close before closing hours?! Who in charge of these employees cause they aren’t doing anything. Do better next time .

She Did not attempt to make an effort to make sure. She guessed by the color of it and clearly that kind of ice cream was in front of it.Staff isn’t knowledgeable about their position. Absolutely nasty inside. Garbage everywhere, unorganized supplies. Ice cream labels were all messed up in different spots. Workers don’t even know their own ice cream flavors when asked what flavor it is. Don’t trust it at all.

HIORRIBLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BASKIN ROBBINS! My daughter wanted to take my son out for some ice-cream. She is always careful because she knows that my son has an allergy to peanuts. Even though there is a disclaimer saying that there may be allergens in the facility, there are flavors that don't contain nuts and he's always been fine as long as we tell them to wash the spoon before scooping the ice cream. Every single Baskin Robbins we've ever gone to has always been good about washing the spoon or scooping the ice cream from the bottom from flavors that don't have nuts. The 18 year old idiot behind the counter didn't understand directions and obviously must have mixed something up because my son vomited for an hour and a half shortly after eating. When I called the idiot to alert him, no one picks up even though it says they are open. I understand its hard to get people to work on Memorial Day but at least hire people that have more than just a pulse. I will never step foot into Baskin Robbins again.
