We will start with the fact that going inside to order is a complete joke. There are 6 people working in the morning, and 4 of them are working drive thru, 1 is leaning around cracking jokes, and the last is attempting to service the 7+ people lined up inside Next. Once you're lucky enough to get your order in, forget about getting it in a timely fashion. Odds are they will forget it or make the wrong thing. Happened 4/6 times I have gone there. I love this Dunkin, I have one closer to my home however, I prefer this one because of its attentive staff and their ability to deliver my food plus they have ice cream, who can resist? Whenever there's a line, they manage to bring it down in under 5 minutes and apologize for the wait. The management is very attentive and will please me if my order goes wrong or if I wait too long, which rarely happens. This Dunkin is definitely one of the busiest in Teaneck, I give them credit for managing their drive thru. I don't live in Teaneck but I come pretty often and it's hard not to stop by for ice cream, since they have a Baskin-Robbins here too! Now that it's getting colder out, I come for a latte or regular coffee and I think the staff in the drive thru are quick and polite. People who complain about the wait need to give them a break sometimes.
